Mr. Wambasi holds a Bachelor of Law Honours Degree (L.L.B) and Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. Mr. Wambasi was admitted to the roll of Advocates on 30th April 2009 and is a licensed Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He is a current and registered member of the Law Society of Kenya. In his spare time he engages in work through the Eastgate Group of Companies, and charity under the Kilimanjaro Initiative Organization, the Alliance High School Old Boys Club, the Association of Former Kenya Ambassadors and Senior Diplomats and Diaspora Renaissance Organization. Mr. Wambasi is an avid reader and additionally is an accomplished and talented basketball player playing at the top flight Kenyan basketball league; the Kenya Basketball Federation.
Joe earned his Bachelor of Laws degree (Second Class Honors, Upper Division) from the University of Nairobi in 2005 and joined the Kenya School of Law in 2006. After successfully completing his Articles of Pupilage at the Chambers of the Honorable The Attorney General of the Republic of Kenya and passing the Kenya School of Law examination series, he was admitted as Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2008. In 2009, Joe joined Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, from where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance in 2011. He then joined Global Forex Trading Ltd., a Grand Rapids based worldwide leader in leveraged foreign currency and derivatives trading, as an Associate in their Global Compliance Department.
Gilbert is an associate in our corporate, commercial and conveyancing department. His practice focuses on incorporation of local and foreign start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, competition aspects of acquisitions, joint ventures and equity capital markets and similar transactions. Gilbert also provides day-to-day counsel to clients on corporate governance and general corporate matters including intellectual property, securities and energy law.
Mr. Julius Kamau Nyoike is a proactive selfstarter with a proven track record of taking initiative, personal responsibility, ownership of work and a reputation for overcoming obstacles and making things happen.

Mr. Julius Kamau Nyoike launched his career in the Insurance industry as a young marketer at Alico Kenya, part of the AIG Global Group of Companies. He later moved into the Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) world where he helped co-found the Compass Foundation; a national NGO based in Nairobi, Kenya. He worked at the Compass Foundation for five years before moving on and working with the PIT Foundation USA; a not-forprofit organization registered and headquartered in New Jersey, USA, both as a Director and Treasurer to the Board with the key responsibility of project manager for its work in Kenya. Mr. Kamau is instrumental in our firms operations as the office manager and he has a proven track record in management and client service. He possesses years of experience in both the NGO and the corporate world. His involvement in both has equipped him with ingenious expertise that has enabled his competence to blossom over the years in our firm.
